Alejandra Torres is the founder and director of Padma Blooms, an expressive-energy healing studio, located in Miami, Florida. She is an integrative spirituality practitioner that offers tailored programs globally.

Alejandra’s educational background is in social science and includes areas of study in psychology, philosophy and sociology, with several advanced certifications in spiritual, energy-healing and contemplative practices, as well as dance and expressive methods.

Born in Caracas, Venezuela, and starting out her career as a successful model, she became a spokesperson for national and international television commercials. Traveling the globe working in media and public relations, visiting many interesting and exotic places, and meeting all types of people, Alejandra craved a deeper connection with herself, others, and her spiritual life. She began studying cultures and further cultivating her personal spiritual growth, deeply engaging in sacred traditions. 

For the past 12 years, Alejandra has spent her time studying and facilitating various spiritual, body-expressive, sacred dance, and energy-healing modalities. Bridging her multi-layered understanding and trainings of the physical and spiritual dimensions, and combining her many talents and passion for connecting and helping humanity, Alejandra offers a specialized healing and transformational approach through her programs and individual-tailored sessions.
